Quality Management System (ISO9001)

Quality Management System (QMS) refers to a management system that directs and controls an organization in terms of quality. The QMS is a systematic quality management model established within the organization and necessary for achieving quality goals. It is a strategic method of the organization.

It combines resources and processes. QMS is carried out by process management methods. Several system elements are selected and combined according to the characteristics of the enterprise, which generally include process components related to operation activities, resources, products, and measurement, analysis and improvement activities. It is understood to cover the requirements of planning, implementation, monitoring, correction and improvement activities in the whole process from determining customer needs, design and development, production, inspection, sales, and delivery. Generally, it becomes the internal quality management work of the organization in a documented manner.

HSE Philosophy

HSE is the abbreviation for Health, Safety and Environment Management System. The HSE management system is a trinity management system. H (health) means that a person has no physical disease and maintains a mentally and physically intact state; S (safety) means that in the process of operation and production, efforts are made to improve working conditions and overcome unsafe factors, so that operation and production are guaranteed to work under the premise of the health of the people, the property of the enterprise and the safety of the people’s lives; E (environment) refers to the sum of various natural forces or effects that are closely related to human beings and affect human life and production activities. This combination of natural factors also includes the combination of ecological relationships between humans and natural factors. Since the management of safety, environment, and health is inextricably linked in the actual work process, it is inevitable for modern enterprises to form an integrated management system of health, safety and environment.

HSE Management System

The system includes a HSE management system manual, several management procedures and several safety operation requirements, covering the company’s main scientific research, manufacturing, service and other business HSE management requirements, ensuring the company’s business realize safe production in the process of rapid development.

Occupational Health

The company advocates healthy living and happy work, combines national occupational health standards and petroleum industry related technical specifications, incorporates occupational health management standards into the company's HSE management system, strengthens occupational health management standardization, and enables the company's occupational health to achieve unified and standardized management.

Occupational Safety

The company aims to achieve zero accidents and zero personal injuries in production safety, and takes asset integrity and process safety management as management ideas. By strengthening risk management and control of production operations, the company controls the incidence of accidents and uses a risk control matrix to identify major business processes. Risks of occupational heath and safety, implement targeted measures to ensure that various risks are within the controllable range.
